1.1. How to store coffee beans and how long it lasts?

Please store the coffee in the bag we have sealed for you. After 10 days, you may also transfer it to an airtight glass jar or a vacuum-sealed container. Keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and high or fluctuating temperatures. You may also divide the beans into single-shot portions and store them in the freezer; however, we do not recommend freezing the entire bag at once.
Our coffee reaches its best flavor after about 10 days and can be used for up to one year, though its flavor will gradually decline over time. For the best experience, we recommend consuming it within one month of roasting.

1.2. Can I request a custom coffee profile based on the flavor I prefer?

We are very sorry to decline your request, as we currently only produce coffee based on Menesha’s existing distinct roasting profiles.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1. Aside from the website, through which other channels can I place an order?

In addition to our website, Menesha also offers official ordering channels via Facebook, Instagram and our hotline.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
