Shipping Policy

We deliver our coffee straight to your doorstep. The coffee is freshly roasted and packaged, then shipped to you within 48 hours. Shipping costs follow the current rates of the delivery service providers. Orders of 45 euros or more qualify for free shipping.

Returns & ECO Shipping

The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or does not work as advertised.

If the order is returned to us due to missing or wrong address information or refusing delivery, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs of the package. In case you request reshipment of the product upon return, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs for reshipment.

In case you, as the recipient, refuse to pickup your package from customs or carrier storage/pickup station, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund due to our freshness and hygienic standards.

We are monitoring the global shipping situation weekly. If we currently do not offer shipping to your region, that may change in the near future. Please understand that we cannot make exceptions in these cases.
